- Take the week leading up to the conference to spend some time
reading Acts chapters 1-5 to prepare yourself for
the time we will be spending in chapters 4-5. Be sure to observe
the events and struggles of the early church and their neighbors.
- FIND TWO PEOPLE (who are not attending the conference)
to PRAY for you before, during and after the conference. Give them
a description of the conference, your hopes and expectations, and
after the conference some specific ways for them to continue to
pray for God’s work in you.
- BRING your bible, journal and some writing tools.
- We’ll be taking an offering on Sunday to be given through
the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES) to help
student movements in other parts of the world that are like InterVarsity,
but with fewer resources. We will also have books that you may be
interested in buying. Bring some money with you if you'd like to
give and/or buy books.
